Dave Predzin, PGA, CGFI
Owner and Director of Instruction for DPGolf, Dave is a PGA Professional, Level III
USGTF certified instructor, TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and TRX Certified
Instructor. Also a Master Instructor with the Graves Golf Academy, Dave teaches at
their schools across the U.S. After a 25-year career with the Prince William County
Police Department, Dave began his second career as a golf teaching professional.
Dave has been teaching golf full-time since 2003, and has given thousands of lessons in that time - both
individual and group. Through his extensive experience as an instructor at the PWC Police Department
Academy and as a physical fitness instructor, he has fine-tuned his teaching skills to simplify the learning
process. He has a thorough understanding of the principles of learning, and follows this proven approach to
help his students reach new levels in their golf game.
Much of Dave's business comes from referrals. This speaks directly to his ability to effectively communicate
with his students as well as help students reach their individual goals. It is his unique teaching background
and approach to training that has brought Dave and his students much success.
Clay completed his training in 2007 and was elected to the Professional Golfers’
Association of America. He works closely with Dave & the Graves Golf Academy
previously as a student, and currently as an instructor. After a 34-year career working
for General Motors, Clay pursued a lifelong dream of working as a golf teaching
professional.
Clay joined DPGolf in 2008. He is the lead instructor for DPGolf's Junior Programs and has given hundreds
of lessons, private and group since joining DPGolf.
Clay specializes in teaching the single-plane swing and believes that many golfers can benefit from
adopting these simpler fundamentals. Clay looks forward to helping each student meet their individual
goals and reach their maximum potential.

We are very pleased to have Mary join our staff full-time. Mary is entering the
PGA of America's Professional Golf Management Program and will apprentice
with Dave as she works towards completing the program.
Mary recently graduated from Longwood University where she was a Division 1
player on the women's golf team. In addition to being an accomplished player, Mary
has considerable teaching experience. She has worked for DPGolf for several years, assisting with our
Junior Programs, Adult Group Classes, as well as giving private lessons to junior golfers. While at
Longwood University Mary was selected to assist several college coaches in preparing high school golfers
for playing golf at the collegiate level.
We are very excited and fortunate to have Mary join the DPGolf Teaching staff.
